We want you to be 100% happy with the items you purchased from us. Each item we ship goes through 3 layers of inspection and photographed before shipping. However, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go as planned. As such, if you receive a defective/damaged item, you can return it for a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping cost.
For "buyer's remorse" reasons, such as changing your mind, purchase regret, or anything that is not the fault of Miracles Manifester, we will accept returns BUT for store credit ONLY, which will be in the form of a coupon code. Please note that this store credit cannot be combined with any discount code we offer.
Returns Eligibility Criteria, which must be met for an item(s) to be eligible for return and refund:
A return must be requested within 7 days FROM the day you receive the parcel. For example, if you receive the package on January 1, you must file a request within 7 days from January 1.
Before requesting a return, it is your responsibility to read through the Returns Eligibility Criteria and ensure that your item(s) comply.
If your item(s) comply with our Returns Eligibility Criteria, then you must email Customer Service at email@example.com to request a return and obtain return details before returning your item(s).
Your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unpacked with all original tags and packaging.
Your item(s) must not be a sale or a clearance item.
Your item(s) must not have any dirty marks, fake tan marks or makeup marks.
Your item(s) must not contain any smell of perfume, deodorant, body odor, cosmetics, washing powder or general use.
If the return is due to the fault of Miracles Manifesters, then we will cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to the customer's fault, then the customer will cover all return shipping costs.
